    Windows 10 Mail app ignoring email accounts


    As you can see in the image below, I have setup (even two different) email accounts but the Windows 10 Mail app acts as if I have not setup any...

    I already tried the official MS forums to no avail. I.e. deleting and re-adding accounts, reinstalling Mail app or re-registering all Store apps did not change anything.

    Does anybody have any other ideas how to approach this?

    The accounts you've added in Settings have been registered to the device but may not be registered to the Mail App.

    Click on Add Account in the Mail App, those accounts should show up as choices, among others.

    Thanks for the reply. But clicking "Add Account" just opens the window in which I can create new accounts.

    If I am entering the data for any of my already present accounts there, it tells me that this account already exists.
