Having trouble viewing online forms with Firefox

This has been going on for several months I think. If I'm trying to fill out some sort of online form in Firefox, either I see the blank spaces I'm supposed to fill out but they're not labeled, or the function buttons like "next" or "submit" won't respond. But I can switch to Chrome and everything works.

Is there something that needs to be unchecked or checked in settings to allow completion of online forms?

I was able to fill out the form but I had to use Edge. Chrome was giving the same problems as Firefox was. This was an online lease agreement with electronic signatures and I don't think I've ever had to do one before which might explain why Chrome would not let me see it either.
