Windows Live Mail : Change font of message list

I know it is possible because I have done it before. Unfortunately I can not find the web page again.
It is not done through the program.

I believe you need to Change Default System Font; you also need to use One Line View in the WLM Message List.

The change I made previously was not through settings or system font.

I was able to change the font in just Live Mail. I believe but not certain it was through Regedit.
