Hi, just to confirm, have you done what is given to reinstall the app (from an admin command line or Powershell prompt) as here?
Reinstall and Re-register Apps in Windows 10

Are you using a firewall? - see
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...7-0b6071d234e8

    Do other live tiles work?

Do you have a System Restore point created before this occurred which you might be able to use?

Do you use disk imaging as is repeatedly recommended here, and could you restore a recent image? (E.g. Macrium Reflect -free )?

The 'latest' version could mean 1803, 1809, 1903 or an Insider build, for example, depending on how you have determined it is 'the latest' - and possibly even older builds in certain cases.
    Windows key + R, winver
    - please post the result.

    Hi,
    I have the v
1903 ,and the other apps tiles works fine .
I reinstalled the app using this steps : right click on the app, More, App settings, reset.

and I used Powershell as admin, and I found the app is currently in use.

    And when you said this:
    I used Powershell as admin,
    it was ambiguous.

I use the Mail App with 6 Email accounts with a combined Live Tile and separate ones for specific accounts, they work but not all forms of notifications work all the time some are flakey.

I go to the simple stuff first.
Settings > System > Notifications & actions > Get notifications from Apps and other senders > On
Then the Apps list and switch on each Account and the Mail App.

Then on each of those Accounts and the Mail App click on them and set what type of notifications you require.

    Then go to
Settings > Privacy > background apps > Let apps run in the background > On
Go down the long list to turn on Mail and Calendar.

Then finally go to the Tile > More and enable the Live Tile.
    and Restart.

There are many types of new Mail Notifications, which ones don't work.

    1) Live Tiles previews, or numbers.
    2) Task bar badge numbers.
    3) Notification/Action centre on the right.
    4) Sound notifications.
    5) Lock screen notifications.

A lot of these settings are in Settings > System > Notifications and actions
    This is for 2) 3) 4) 5)

Under each Mail Account are the set options in grey.

Also Click on the Mail Account Notifications > On, for 2) 3) 4) 5)
For 1) right click the Tile.

Additionally go to the Mail App > cog(settings) > Reading pane.
    > Notifications
This applies to 1) 2) 3) 4) for all, or select for each Mail Account individually.

Additionally for 5) go to Settings > Personalisation > Lock Screen > choose Mail App if required here.

Additionally for 2) go to Settings > Personalisation > Taskbar > Show badges on taskbar buttons.
This is all with Focus assist Off.(for simplicity ???).
