I've tested it 3 times before my post and works fine here till now. No antivirus installed but WinDefender.
It may just be certain extensions are affected - NoSquint still works for eg.

Reports are pouring in from all over.
1548973 - (armagadd-on-2.0) [first mitigation completed, working on a second one] All extensions disabled due to expiration of intermediate signing cert

A few years ago some similar happened. Had to abandon Firefox for a couple months.

Your AdBlock Plus will be going down. Give it a few minutes.

Hmm maybe you are the lucky one - go get a lotto ticket

Anyway tried adding Adblock (not to be discussed here BTW), but for educational purposes... and it bombed with :

Download failed. Please check your connection.

Perhaps issue appears when download and install an addon which I didn't test.
Anyway, till now and for the last 45 minutes everything works fine.

It may have occurred right after the CU 17763.475 reboot & then re-entering FF.

    No new addons were installed.
Likely when FF restarted & it attempts to Sync.

Changed a few settings as suggested to help FF diagnose, restarted FF & all extensions are back.
Don't know if can change settings back, will try.

Looks like they fixed the certificate issue.
