Your email provider is stopping you from sending a mass email. This has nothing to do with the software, it is a mail gateway limitation to stop email spamming. There are email services out there that all mass emails.
apologies for the delay ~~~ I can't make the web-mail thing work!
Have a response from TalkTalk who agree the settings in the accounts (2) appear to be correct...
However, they want a screen shot of same to be sure!
A video by 'britec09' suggests uninstalling the mail program and downloading fresh from the shop...
Awaiting further response from TT.
Normally, I would enjoy and rise to a challenge ~~~ this is becoming boring and irrational
= which ofI can't make the web-mail thing work!
a. you can't log in
b. you can't access your mail when you do log in
c. you can't send mail from your browser (if so, what error message do you get if any)?
d. something else (describe)
are you experiencing?
Web mail is the simplest- no account to configure. If sending via that doesn't work, it's not your email client you should worry about.

I have created an account in Firefox (my browser) ~~~ setup the email account details ~~~ can't get past that!
There must be a way to access/create a mail - just don't see it
Check Firefox's security settings, the latest updates 66.xxx might need you to whitelist logged in services as they might need third party cookies et al to function correctly.
FF's default settings are a bit harsh there, I had an issue with https://send.firefox.com/ a few weeks ago, had to tweak the settings (whitelist cookies) in FF to get it to work properly.
A screenshot would help to explain what 'can't get past that' means.
1. Do you see this?
where xxxx will be your text. Yes or no?
Then can you enter your password successfully and log in? Yes or no?
If you do, can you see your Inbox? Yes or no?
Note- I found this very slow to load- TT has made changes recently as it says.
I don't see anything like that at all !!!
Just received a post from TalkTalk with some instructions......
With baited breath
