I've just checked mine and it's not listed, I have had listed ones before (3 times) and it caused me all sorts of issues with not being able to post to forums et al.
I did the router/phone off trick (I have an unlimited 4G tethering deal as my main ISP) and that solved it every time. I never had to contact my ISP.

It's also dependent on the receiving end and how draconian they are with their implementation (via services like Cloudflare) if you appear on any blacklists, whether that is IP, domain or email addresses et al.
With so many spam, phishing email and general cybersecurity issues about the sensitivity has been turned up a fair bit recently.
I'm showing up on the same lists with two different IP addresses now so as someone said earlier this will probably be fixed another way. I just need to go back over the posts.

I'll keep working on it. Could a machine on my LAN that has some nasty software or a virus potentially be causing this issue?
Yes it's possible that one of your computers/phones/router or any other device has a bot or virus but if this happened as soon as you got the new IP I would have to say in your case probably not but it is worth checking.

My guess is that whoever screwed up that IP probably went threw the steps to get a new one.

There was a nasty botnet that effected ISP routers in Europe and Oceania and New Zealand was one of them.

Request again - please post a link to a website.

Post a link to a site where you see the issue and we can see if we get the same.

Well if your ip address isn't static then it could easily be blacklisted based on the activities of someone it was assigned to previously.

So that would mean I have been assigned two black listed IP's in a row after rebooting the modem. Is that more than a coincidence? I could try rebooting again I suppose.

Sometimes whole blocks of WAN side IP addresses can get blacklisted, so it depends on how your ISP assigns them after you reboot your router.
One would hope that they randomise it a fair bit...

If you want to check your WAN side security do a ShieldsUp! scan...https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

Just check my current ip address and it's on two blacklists. No problem with cloudflare though. I do use Cloudflare DNS.
