Start with the "Common Ports" test which tests ports: 0, 21, 22, 23, 25, 79, 80, 110, 113, 119, 135, 139, 143, 389, 443, 445 1002, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1027, 1028, 1029, 1030, 1720 and 5000. My router says it is in stealth mode rejecting port scans but I continue to respond to the SheildsUP Ping Reply. Why is my router not blocking the ping reply?

You need to check your router firewall settings. Also if you never power it off - switch off then unplug LAN cable. Then Reboot PC - plug in LAN cable and switch on router. Power on your PC. See if that makes any difference.
