    Edge pre-launch and lots of Google processes


    My 83 year old brother emailed me with a couple of questions about Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome in Windows 10 Home.
    The first question was about Edge pre-launching which I directed him to Option Two, Step 3 of @Brink tutorial on this page.
    Enable or Disable Microsoft Edge Pre-launching in Windows 10
    The second query he has is that in Task Manager he has twelve Google Chromes processes "running" although as far as the Taskbar is concerned Chrome is not running.

    Any ideas as to why this might be and how to solve it?

    OK so, no replies! Don't bother just uninstalled Google Chrome, he just won't use it. Thanks for the multitude of help offers on here.

Hi I have 16gb memory. Running applications: Delphi xe10.2 Android + emulator eclipse + java Firefox Performance shows around 8gb memory taken.
I'm having problems with programs that show many processes running under I.E. windows edge. It shows 11 processes running and they show them in task manager. This didn't use to happen. Even now my Flight simulator X has about 6 or 7 showing when...
I really am stuck I have a search string of "kent local car hire" I want to echo that to the Microsoft-edge browser with that search string entered into the browser in google search. start micrsoft-edge: Google -private
