I still dont get the new "extension" button in toolbar. What about tabs preview, I hope that they will be there soon... I expected that it would be there at the beggining because it shares the same code with Chromium...

Microsoft has not yet officially released the stable version, so any build of that version is not official, It doesn't matter if it comes from Microsoft servers, I don't know why some users (and some blogs) talk about those builds as if Microsoft had already released the stable version.
Still don't know why you can't uninstall it. Really having to restore an Macrium image from a few days ago should have been unnecessary. However since I have Macrium Home it only took about 2 minutes to restore an 50GB image because the paid Home version only restores what changes.

I will wait until Microsoft officially releases the stable version to install it, only until then can I verify if it can be uninstalled or not.

Warning for those who want to install the Edge Stable that is floating around the web. You can't uninstall it once installed. I had to restore a Macrium Image from a few days ago to get rid of it.
You can't uninstall Chromium-based Microsoft Edge Stable from Windows 10
    I have! Numerous times!

    Edge Canary...

Can't open anything in a new tab without it creating a group! Is there no way to disable this???

There is a bug in Settings>Appearance>Customize Fonts. When the font size is changed with the second slider, there is no number that indicates the exact size of the font.

Microsoft has restored the flag that allows you to enable the "Tab groups" (79.0.304.0):

This flag was removed in July and I thought that Microsoft was not going to add this feature to the new Edge. The truth is that I don't like this feature very much, but those who want to, can enable the flag and try it to see if they like it.

They've also added a new sync option, open tabs.
