I mean.. the replacement of old edge : will it be as simple as downloading the official finished version or will I have to install the latest Windows update to remove old edge from my device?
More importantly, once the old Edge is removed will I be able to uninstall the new edge as well?

Canary is now .134,
I don't see any changes, that matter, except flash is finally
up to snuff...

Why the flying "F" are they using Adobe-unsecure-as-all-hell-Flash-Player(which is on it's way out) when Chromium has the much more secure Pepper Flash?
Are their parents Appalachian siblings or something?

Presumably they still need it for IE.

The New Microsoft Edge Sometimes Impersonates Other Browsers
Why pretend to be another browser?
There are some popular sites that look better or offer better usability in a particular browser. As the new Microsoft Edge is in the unique position of having the highly supported Blink engine from Chromium, but enhanced video playbook of the PlayReady DRM from Microsoft, it can pick and choose what capabilities it wants to advertise to the site.
For example, this allows it to tell a site that it's Google Chrome if the site work better in Google Chrome browsers. This feature also may allow it to pretend to be the original Microsoft Edge when connecting to video streaming sites in order to take advantage of Microsoft DRMs such as PlayReady, which are not normally supported in Chromium browsers.
While these are all guesses and it is not known the exact reasons for Microsoft switching the user agents, the new Microsoft Edge has become one of the only browsers that can borrow from two platforms so that it can provide optimal performance.

At this point, i am not sure but it might do it on the original browser itself or it might come down in the updates as far as the replacement version for the original Edge...it would likely be an automatic replacement of the original for the new one...
You shouldn't have any problem deleting the insider version as it is running as a separate application and is on the add/remove list.

As expected, it works just like in Chrome.
By the way, mute site has been changed by mute tab in the context menu since some versions ago, we talked about that in another thread.
