Dev channel update to 78.0.262.0 is live

The dark mode on the NTP begins to be tested on the Dev channel, in addition, Microsoft has added an option to turn off the news feed on the NTP:

Check the update page again...I am on 267, but the spinning update circle is still spinning continuously. Otherwise everything "seems" to be functional.

I am on Canary and do not have dark mode NTP. Is there a "secret" switch for this?

Not that I know, it seems to be part of the Controlled feature Roll-outs.

I would have thought that all Canary users would have the option by the time it was advanced to Dev channel.
