And soon it will also be available in the interstitial warnings:

Me too, I guess they needed to make sure sync was off on all browsers to prepare their servers for the additional syncing capabilities, maybe to prevent corruptions(I get corruptions enough when syncing classic edge, so have it turned off on all my machines, that's the only bug I ever had with classic edge that nerved me)?

Actually, the sync options showing as active were active prior to build 194. I have been using them for the last week or so. The 194 build broke them and the 195 build has restored them. Perhaps the 194 build was preparing for further implementation of the dark theme...
No new synching capability was added to build 195...although, hopefully, there will be activation of further capability with the next build or two.
