I'm not sure if this is a new one in Edge, but it's there:
    History Manipulation Intervention
If a page does a client side redirect or adds to the history without a user gesture, then skip it on back/forward UI. – Mac, Windows

    #enable-history-manipulation-intervention

You know when you want to back page and a dirty site sends you somewhere else(a different site or link), so they can get page hits and ad revenue.

The Dev Canary builds are so unstable. The Beta builds are more stable but still not as good as Chrome. What gets me though is that the more stable Beta builds are out yet you can't officially download them from there dev site. I had to go through Filehippo.

I was experiencing a kind of "flicker" when hovering the pointer over the drop-down menus a second time (the animation when hovering the pointer the first time was normal):

"Flicker" when hovering the pointer over the drop-down menus.

"Flicker" when hovering the pointer over the drop-down menus.

This "flicker" doesn't happen anymore after today's update:

No more "flicker" in Edge Canary.

No more "flicker" in Edge Canary.

In the Dev version, this "flicker" is still clearly visible when hovering the pointer over the drop-down menus several times.

@LEOPEVA64 This is the kind of stuff that's interesting to hear about, you know "under the hood" that's not so obvious.
So far my Canary thru Nahimic sound problems seem to be gone, but the more I watch YouTube, the better I can tell, as this is probably an issue the not only Microsoft needs to work on, but also A-volute, and maybe the Chromium project, even though Chrome works perfect with Nahimic.

Edge Canary can also open it's own Application Guard when one is on 1903(the May 2019 updateand higher) I just checked,
The will not show up on 1809.

    Microsoft Edge Application Guard
Enables Microsoft Edge Application Guard feature which allows browsing inside a container if the OS support for Isolated Browsing is enabled. – Windows

    #edge-application-guard

Notice blue appguard circle in right hand corner

tomorrow or the day after tomorrow they will look the same as in the current version of Chrome Canary.
The headers already have colors (v76.0.167.0 released today):

I suppose that in future builds, the tabs that belong to each group will have the same color as the header, as it works in Chrome Canary right now:

Go to flags and in the search paste in #edge-application-guard then enable it.
To open it, the 3 dots at the top and look at the menu.
