An older reply, but they are working on providing changelogs and a roadmap for the public:

One can always try the search there using: Dev channel update to and sorting by date, to see if anything new is posted.
Right now only 152 is the latest

AFAIK Google doesn't publish changelogs every time it releases a new build of Chrome Canary so it was expected to work exactly the same in Edge Canary, IMHO writing digested changelogs isn't feasible for daily builds.
There's always a commit/changelog when working with source control. If there isn't, then I have absolutely no idea how they can manage all the strings without creating a big rat's nest.

Even a collection of that log would help. Does not require any extra work.

In the latest Canary version released today (76.0.161.0) the "headers" already appears in the groups of tabs:

    Headers in Edge Canary.

It is expected that in the future the tabs added to these groups are hidden in the "headers" and that they can be accessed by clicking on the three dots (or at least that's what I expect), if the tabs added to the groups can't be hidden in the header, this will only serve to add more clutter to the tab strip.

In this article the first image of these "headers" was shown:

First image surfaces of Google Chrome's upcoming Tab Groups feature

For those who don't know yet, these groups of tabs can be enabled with this flag.

I wonder if some of the features that the Edge devs are doing will head to Chrome.

    This is one of them:

And Google changed the design of the Settings page in Chrome Canary and I think they did it inspired by the Settings page of the new Edge:
