First I want to give EVERYONE my FREE ADVICE.
Hopefully you will create a restore point before starting and have already created a Windows 10 Rescue Disc and Recovery USB flash drive. You need these things before attempting any changes to your computer.

    Hi andre1264,

Are you using a browser to access you email or are you using the Microsoft Mail App? Is your email account an Outlook or Hotmail account?

If you are using the Mail App the following might be helpful.

Many other people are having problems with the Mail App
I firmly believe Microsoft will soon release an UPDATE that fixes the problems.
If you can live with the app the way it is then give Microsoft a couple of weeks.

Trying to find any cause for my Microsoft Mail App problems I have done some experiments. I have made a breakthrough that I want to share. I have Norton Anti-Virus 22.5.2.15

I have DISABLED Norton Firewall (permanently) and then did a restart. The restart reactivated Windows Firewall, I double checked it at Control Panel > Windows Firewall.

This solved my NOTIFICATIONS, SOUNDS, BANNERS, LIVE TILE DISPLAY and SPEEDED UP RECEIVING EMAIL.

Now my mail app live tile is displaying incoming email, also I also receive sound, banner and action center notifications.

If your Anti-Virus controls your Firewall (as Norton does) you might consider doing what I have done. If you have any results (positive or negative) PLEASE POST A REPLY.

I must confess I am not knowledgeable on incredimail plus.

Do you know that you can not use F8 to boot in Windows 10? That is why the Rescue Disc and Recovery USB flash drive for Windows 10 are VITAL.

A Windows update came through today (almost a service pack) KB 3081424. I hope this update helps you.

To see which Updates are installed Click - Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced Options.

More info on Update KB 3081424 - the items listed look like they could help mail problems.

I had the same issue. The following fixed the problem for me:
    1.Go to Settings
    2.Open the Privacy tab
    3.Open the Contacts sub-menu
4.In the list of apps check that access for "App Connector" and "Mail and Calendar" are turned on
    5.Open the Calendar sub-menu
6.Check the "Let apps access my Calendar" option is turned on
7.In the list of apps check that access for "App Connector" and "Mail and Calendar" are turned on
