I keep seeding this message, “An encrypted connection to your
mail services is not available” when
I try to set up an email account. I have windows 10 and Outlook 2010. I’m to
the point where I don’t believe that outlook can handle making an email account.
Is there some other way I can setup an email account using outlook 2010? Thank

This should not be that difficult but with all mail providers providing different levels of service and security it is getting quite trying.
Got that you you are using Outlook 2010. Where is your mail located, yahoo, gmail, outlook.com, a service provider? Need domain name, please.
It is usually just a matter of unticking boxes for SSL or authentication often for the older type of Email Account.
Check all Tabs when setting up Email. Further details of settings from your Email provider.
