    It was an issue with profiles.ini - It was set to the wrong path. somehow it picked up another profile on install probably from TOR or Basilisk which are also installed.

    Yes but now I've forgotten how to add Ten Forums search engine!

    Plus I managed to find some suitable addons. I think I gave up on Quantum during the first few months when there were hardly any addons available.
