I like to make use of these:
As far as I know they're not available if using Quantum.

Here's my current Vivaldi addons list:

Guessing, but they are all legacy add-ons? Pre FF 57? That would be why.

    Interesting read might explain why:

FWIW: I ditched Firefox due to some privacy issues but mostly because of lack of decent addons.

Instead of Chrome I use Vivaldi - a Chromium Based browser which is very configurable.

Huh? I don't see a lack of extensions for Firefox, and with the ones I have, I don't have any problems.

You are correct. So I'm waiting for equivalent addons to be released for Quantum if that ever happens.

I have removed every trace of Chrome (all versions they offer) except for the Edge Canary based on it. I am trying to use FFox as my main but the last few versions keep "stalling out" where nothing will load. So far the latest 68 beta seems to be working finally. I am more picky with my browser appearance than most. I got rid of chrome because of white flashes here and there. Edge Canary has a couple of them here and there but I know how to get around them. I prefer FFox as of now but if they fix Edge Canary to give a true dark theme and stop the couple white flashes I might switch over.

Edge Canary is faster than FFox for me, but my testing is based on using an extension that turns all pages into dark mode.

Well I'm not knocking Quantum and I'm a long time Firefox/ Cyberfox user. As for Addons I really meant this list:

There are no equivalent or replacement addons for the legacy ones I would use most.

Okay I found a couple of replacements but it's a clean install of the latest version and guess what I see?

You might consider doing the FF Refresh. I know you said it's a clean install, but something is amiss. Probably your profile.
