    Change mail app archive location


    I've searched until my fingers are raw... In the Windows 10 mail app, I want to change the location where the
    "Archive" button sends the mail to. Currently the default location is the "All Mail" folder, I'd like to change that. Can anyone tell me how to go about that? As I remember, there was no setup for that when I was putting my mail accounts in the system. Thanks for any/all help.

    Hi.

    I believe that is a function of your email supplier. In your case I'm guessing you are using gmail as you mentioned "all mail".
    I searched how to change in gmail and there does not appear to be an option. For that matter I searched how to change for MS accounts as they are dropped into folder called Archive and there does not appear to be a way to change that either.

    Maybe another member has a better resolution.
