Page that says: Your connection is not private

This is happening on only one site, The Wig Company.I have been trying to reach the site since yesterday afternoon on both Chrome and Firefox. See screenshots for what I get. I have Googled and so far I have not found anything satisfactory. I know this site is legit; have ordered wigs from it for some time. In fact, I just received an order and was questioning something which was why I was trying to get into the site.

Can anyone offer me any help?

p.s. another strange thing is that I've tried to call and the phone rings busy every time.

I'd suggest it's somewhat self-explanatory- a problem with the site certificate e.g.

There is a risk, as it says, that there is something untrustworthy - possible hack- so you should not disclose personal data until it's resolved.

There is a possible security risk. Presumably the phone is in use because of all the concerned users...

Nothing you can do to sort it out- only tell the browser to disregard it, should you so wish.

Website is down. (404) even with security exception added. Maybe they went bust?

I did send them an email last evening, with screenshots, about what is going on. It apparently went through but I have received no reply.

Ring the company located next door and ask them if they know anything.

Actually that's not next door but try searching for a neighboring business that you could contact in order to ask them if the company is still open and trading.

What browser version do you have. I have simular problem but don't have the option to go ahead like you get. Which I want to since the server is my own on my LAN. Server not https capable.

Firefox (Latest version) or a variant like Basilisk.
