    Windows Mail Archive

Just moved to this app from windows live mail

Accidently hit the archive button, where did the email go? I don't see an archive folder...

I do notice when I click on, and enter "all mail" the email is now shown, however if I'm in the inbox it isn't.

(Wish I could get rid of the reading pane)

I'm guessing since there hasn't been a response there's probably not many of you using this app

Don't think anyone knows what App you are referring to.
The Windows 10 Mail App does not have an Archive button, so it's not that one.

Try looking in the Folders section of the left-hand bar. If there isn't an Archive folder visible, select More and then look for the Archive folder.

Remember, this application is only a "shadow" that displays what's on your ISP's (Outlook.com, Gmail, etc.) account. If that account doesn't have an Archive folder like Outlook.com does, then you may have lost that message(s).

If you press the three horizontal bars on the top left above the + sign as shown in your image, you may be able to see the other folders referred to by gpstoloff.

This must be the answer, thanks

The message isn't lost though, it returns when I click on the "all mail" icon

I'm looking to change the location where archived mail is sent... I have found that right now, "All Mail" is the default location for the archive button.
