It my be quicker at this moment in time but Virgins DNS is poor, it frequently slows down and isn't very quick updating to DNS changes for sites (I've been on Virgin for years).

That depends, what you are looking for? Speed, privacy or security? I do not care, if the webpage loads in a sec or two, I prefer, when it loads a malicious free content. I use Neustar UltraDNS Security for Windows and encrypted CleanBrowsing Security within my browser. Tested via https://code.google.com/archive/p/namebench/downloads
Using Edge Dev - very fast and no problems. Really am impressed with it! Maybe MS has finally found a winner.
