    Chrome right-click problem

Since some weeks ago i have problems using right-click on Chrome, affecting anything i do like bringing the right-click menu so i can copy text, save an image and other stuffs. I have to press right-click again again and again until it shows up. The problem reflects only with Chrome because if a click in other places (outside Chrome) there's no problem. Using Google Drive now is a pain because the issue.

I created a new Chrome profile to test and also removed and reinstalled, but nothing changes. Also used other browser to be sure.

Hi, what type of mouse are you using? Is it the same with your touchpad and an external mouse?

    An old fix:
Found a workaround in another thread (http://productforums.google.com/foru...me/iTrWZCGHkPc) and fixed the problem for meTo disable HW Acceleration:
    1. Browse to chrome://settings/ (or click the menu, and select settings)
    2. Click "Show Advanced Settings..."
    3. In the System section (Nearly the last on the page), uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available"

That fixed the problem it seems. But i don't know why it had problems now because acceleration was always enabled without problem. What it could be?

I don't know I'm afraid- it sounds to me more like a workaround than a real solution... further research perhaps? It's an old 'fix' so I would guess affects just a few.

Have you tried Chrome with no addons?
