How can I bulk import contacts from roadrunner (Time Warner/Spectrum)

I'm trying to help a friend switch from his Roadrunner email account to Gmail. I could do this easily if I could export the rr contacts to a CSV file. But handicapped by working from his computer I can't find a way to export his contacts to a CSV file. There is an option to export to a vcard (vcf) file but it appears that I need to so that one contact at a time and he has a few hundred.

If any of you email gurus are familiar with Roadrunner email accounts and can help it will be appreciated.

Yes, the CSV is going to be the easiest way to do it. Spectrum.net Go down to Import/Export Contacts.

Yes. I've been to the site that you reference. It gives instructions:
    ***********************************************************************************
    Export Contacts

    1. Select the Contacts tab at the top of the page.
    2. Select More > Export All.

Note: To export individual contacts, check the boxes next to the names > More > Export Selected.

    1. A file (vcard.vcf) will download – open it.
    2. Follow your email provider's instructions to import the file.

    *************************************************************************************
but nothing on how to export to CSV. Also, as best I can tell, it only allows you to choose one contact at a time. I can't do the select+shift-select for multiple entries.
