    Graphical and sound glitches

Basically my laptop does a bunch of weird graphical gitches on screen, like a few lines out of place or something. But sometimes it will be much worse as in the case of trying to watch a youtube video (see video link). Also when listening to music on headphones the sound often pops, crackles and buzzes. I made sure all my drivers are up to date but still having same issues. Any help please let me know what I can try.

Well..., in that video, your screen recording software isn't helping!

Try getting rid of the new non-polymer YT UI...

On a YT watch page, right click/Inspect/Application/Cookies/youtube.c.......,

add al=en&f5=30030&f6=8 and refresh the page.

I'm not sure what you mean by the screen recorder isn't helping. That's exactly how it appears on my screen. Also I can't see an option to add that code into

hardware acceleration disabled, visual glitches seem to have stopped for now, but the audio is still glitching. When the audio glitches its almost like the computer freezes for a split second and then continues (like the audio cant keep up or something). It makes a buzzing sound when this happens, but again, only for a split second

also disabling the hardware acceleration has made it a bit slower. Like scrolling while watching youtube is not smooth etc

Did you install audio and graphic card drivers from website of the manufacturer of these devices?
Did you try previous versions of the device drivers for audio and graphic card?

the only drivers available for my graphics is thru searching online in device manager. there is nowhere to download them manually, but i have uninstalled and reinstalled them. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the audio and downloaded the latest drivers

Obtaining Hardware ID's to help Identify Hardware
    - Go to Start and type in "devmgmt.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    - Right click on the "device" (if there's more than one, do this for all of them) and select Properties.
    - Then select the Details tab.
    - In the dropdown box, select "Hardware IDs" - and match the info to one of the following descriptions:
    - - If the Hardware IDs description contains VEN_ and DEV_, then let us know the 4 characters immediately after the VEN_ and the 4 characters immediately after the DEV_

If you don't have those items in the Hardware IDs description, copy down the entire string of the first entry and include that with your next post.
