Apologies for asking such a simple question. I have recently had to move to a new laptop, which has WIN 10 Home on it and I have found all sorts of things that are different from WIN 10 Pro, which I am used to.
At the moment, I cannot locate the icons below in MS Edge.
What has happened to them, please?
Have they been replaced with other icons? Or is this a difference between WIN 10 Home and WIN 10 Pro?

No, not a difference between Home and Pro, it's the difference between a very old version of Windows 10 and the latest one.
I had to go back to version 1607 to find the icons in your screenshot. That's over two years old, have you been blocking windows updates?
But the new look icons still have the same function as the old ones. In order: Favourites (aka Hub in 1607), Add notes, and Share.

Going to upgrade back to WIN 10 Pro ASAP if for no other reason than to stop looking for differences!.
It's always a good idea to make a system image to an external HDD before undertaking a major upgrade. Macrium Reflect Free is commonly recommended on these boards.
