I'm a recently new user of Thunderbird (60.5.)) and generally pleased with it.
Having read about the Beta versions, can I just ask if it is better to run them both concurrently, or just use the Beta?
    Any advice would be appreciated.

I've only ever run one version at a time. If you do a standard install of a beta version it will by default install over and replace the release version. You can choose a custom install and have both versions running but there is little point as your profle can get corrupted.
If you are new to Thunderbird then it would be best just to run the standard release builds.

Thanks, DooGie. No release notes yet, but I grabbed it anyway.

Hi. What is TT DeepDark? A theme?
If so, where can I see it?

Not meaning to go OT. Thanks.

    Here ya go Compumind

It will make Tbird totally dark. You will still have to change settings colors for some parts of Tbird for reading and new emails as that is part of Tbird itself.

This is my colors settings for total darkness.

Do you use the Events sidebar Josey? It was still white on mine before. The Events bar that shows the calendar and upcoming events.
