    Configure and set to "Enabled"

If that doesn't work ip must be controlled by your network provider. Maybe try Hoxx VPN (browser based VPN) instead and see if results differ.

FYI: You might consider these extensions:

SetupVPN - Lifetime Free VPN - Chrome Web Store

It still leaked IP in Windows but this extension fixed that:

WebRTC Leak Shield - Chrome Web Store
Bro I want to use it on Android Phone not on Windows!

I know that you want to use it on Android phone. I just didn't test on Android but was suggesting that you try it. Just add the extension to Yandex and test.

Are you sure you installed Opera mini and not the standard Opera?
    Hi there

    Thanks for that

working perfectly on Samsung S8 phone -- IP showing as 107.X.X.X which is a US IP address.

Just install -- no other actions needed (and it's a decent browser on the phone too).

    Thanks again

    Cheers

    Hi there
    @jk22
I'm not sure what the problem is

Unless you work for CIA / Mossad etc why should you be worried in any case about what IP address your mobile phone sends out --If you are that concerned just get a burner phone.

Most people only use phone hotspot setups in an emergency or in other cases where there's no decent Wifi or other standard Internet coverage.

Why Chrome on Android not accept to install extension ?
I don't know. I'm one of those who will not install Chrome. For windows I use Vivaldi Browser and for Android I use Yandex Browser which both accept Chrome extensions. As far as I know Chrome Browser for Android doesn't accept extensions but i could be wrong about that.

How to Install Chrome Extension on Android Browser?
