    Using Windows 10 email

    Hello folks,

There seems to be a small problem when using Windows 10 email in that when I send an email it never appears in the 'sent' folder.

I have my gmail account linked to it and I receive mails OK but as I say, nothing ever appears in the 'sent' folder. If I use my gmail account via google/chrome, everything that I send appears in the 'sent' folder when using this method.

Also, nothing ever appears in the 'junk' folder either but it does when I use my gmail via google/chrome.

    Any thoughts please?

    Thank you

Go to Gmail via Webmail and Cog > Settings > Labels Tab, and sync/show the right folders.
Both in "Show in Label list" and tick the "Show in IMAP" box.

Hello Helmut, thank you for coming in on my problem. I have been into the 'Labels' tab and 'Show' was already highlighted against 'Sent' but, still in the 'labels' area I cannot find a box to tick for 'Show in IMAP'

However, if I go into the tag for 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' I notice that POP is enabled but IMAP is disabled. Is this anything to do with my problem?

    Thanks again.

Can't help, I use IMAP, and all fancy features are off. "Sent Mail" and "Spam" show what they should do.
Different labels to what is shown in Gmail Webmail System labels(Sent, Spam).
