    Appear to be offline


    I'm browsing using Edge, but when I click on an extension I wish to download I am informed that, "You appear to be offline" so am unable to continue.
    Would be grateful for any advise.

    Can you go to Store and download there? Could be you're not signed in with MS account

Hi, For example, update kb3116908 released. I don't want to use Windows Update for each system and I need the offline installer. Also can't get from Microsoft Catalog. Anyone have the direct download link from Microsoft? It should be a long URL....
