Outlook.com error The costume error module does not recognize...

Hello to everyone in this forum. I have a Windows 10 x64 laptop and when I try to enter my outlook.com account I receive a blank page with the message on the top left corner "The costume error module does not recognize this error". Does anybody have an idea what is it? With MS Edge I don't have any problems, only with Chrome or Opera.

    Hi alexous.

Have you tried clearing browsing data?

Are you running any particular extensions in Opera and Chrome.

Hi I had Chrome before and now I use Opera. I clear the browsing data every day, so it's not related to that. I use the following extensions: Lastpass,Adguard, Https everywhere, Disconnect
However, from another laptop with Windows 10 x64 and Chrome and the same extensions, I can enter normally.
This happens from my Lenovo laptop since I bought it.

Are you accessing any shared calendars?

A shared calendar is where two or more people access the same calendar.

So in my case my wife has an Outlook.com calendar and she shares it with me. I can see the calendar on her account.

As I thought through this more if it works on other devices this is not cause. Something about your Dell.

Are you using the same Antivirus on both machines. Dell usually packages Free (for a while) stuff like McAfee?

Ken, thanks a lot for the whole help. If this is the shared calendar, then I don't share it with another account, I never actually did it. My laptop is Lenovo the other is Sony, and both have only Windows Defender. Also, both have windows installed with clean installation using media creation tool
Additionally, this happend only to Lenovo computer, only with Opera/Chrome and only when I enter my e-mail, I mean if I am entering another webpage like Onedrive or Calendar or Ms account I can enter. The error message is shown only if I am about to enter my email

So likely you tried disabling all extensions. You seem to have

Well you could try a clean boot and see if another software is influencing.

Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

Have you tried Chrome in incognito mode?

Does your Sony also have Opera?

From the Lenovo, I cannot signin either Opera or in Chrome in private browsing mode. From the Sony computer I can enter my account without any problem from any browser. For some reason something is going on with Opera and Chrome in Lenovo. But what?

So you can use incognito on the Sony?

    Maybe some basics network resets.

Run the following four bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)

Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
