I went through the settings and I found that auto fill was turned on and that's what was causing the web forms to be auto filled or give me a drop down to select from previous typed form entries.

    So I solve this one.

Anybody having problems with clearing history this may help

After posting this original thread I did a lot of research and unfortunately there's no way that I know of to set Chrome not to save your history in your search results. Now obviously Google will have all this on the servers but for anybody who's wanting to clear their history in search results this is what I found.

I uninstalled Chrome then reinstalled it, now I'm able to do this when I wasn't able to do it with my last Chrome, not sure if it's a different version because I don't remember the version of the one I uninstalled.

I simply click on the three dots on the top right and select history, Then on the far left side of the history page there is a link that is for clearing browsing data. This is always been the way to clear history data but for some reason on my other Chrome browser no matter how many times I cleared the history it actually did not. Now with this new install of Chrome every time I'm done browsing I just click on the three dots, then history, then clear browsing history. That I close the browser and reopen it to check if it's cleared by starting to type something in the Search bar So far every single time that I've gone through this process of clearing my history data everything has been cleared.

This is a real situation, however is a lot better and easier than anything I found so far. I'm just wondering why it didn't work in my last version of Chrome.

    I hope this helps
