Tell us about this connection at your mobile office.

Is this from a local ISP or did your company extend its network into this building.

Might I suggest you run these four resets

Run the following four bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)

Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)

    Ken
did all those apart from the nbtstat -RR which didn't seem to be recognised

Sorry when you said everyone else was okay I assume you were working in a remote office and it was just your laptop.

So this laptop will not connect from several different locations. If so that is multiple IP addresses as each has its own router and likely some different ISP's.

What firewalls do you have running?

Are there any privacy tools installed?

Does this happen with all browsers on this laptop? (Edge, Chrome or FF)

Have you tried clearing Browser data?

How did you remove Edge from Windows 10?

Edge is the replacement browser for Internet Explorer in Windows 10.

Very large blue E on your task bar.

    You have it
