How to remaximize page size on Chrome

Also, I personally don't use Chrome, but doesn't its shortcut property have an option to run "Maximized" ?

Hi just opened Chrome again after yesterday and this time it just opened normally, full page size didn't have to double left click on title bar or anything. Don't see any grey scrollbar at foot of Chrome page now, just the usual black bar with icons etc. I'll keep a note of above suggestions for how to try to resolve it should it happen again which it probably will through accidental touch on pad or something. Seems to me like an obvious flaw in Chrome which I'd have thought would have been fixed by now as I can't be the only one to have experienced this.
