    Delete Bing search engine and add Google


    How do I delete Bing search enging from Microsoft Edge and change to Google. I've already added Google, but how can I delete Bing?

    go to settings=>view advanced settings=>search in the adress bar with
    Add Google => Add as default
    you can delete bing but it's not working to remove :)

    You can download Chrome and forget about using Microsoft Edge. At this time, you cannot add Google as a default search engine because you cannot delete Bing.

    You are incorrect. You can have Google set as the default search engine, though it's not exactly 'user friendly'. It's buried in settings and you need to have used the search engine you want before it shows up in the list to select. Right now my search engine options are Yahoo, Wikipedia, Twitter and Google. I can set any of these as a default search engine in Edge.

    I'm still test driving Edge and it definitely needs a lot of work. IE11 is way better than this at its current state.
