Can i Please have some help regarding windows mail app.
Got two emails accounts outlook.com and gmail.com
What is this Focused and other all about is there any settings that i should know about with this?

In Outlook.com, Focused inbox shows emails from your contacts, and from people / senders you correspond often. Other incoming emails go to Other.
When email arrive, Outlook.com checks if it is junk. If not, it checks if it is from your contacts or otherwise regular correspondence. If yes, it will be shown under Focused, if not it will be shown under Other.

The Windows 10 Mail App has the choice of Focused Inbox which applies to Outlook Mail accounts.
This is in addition to the same facility in Outlook Mail. I presume they are linked.
Settings(the Windows 10 ones) > System > Focus assist >
That will give you additional options as to what is priority and applying rules.
The 'Customise your priority list' gives further options as to what you want to focus on etc.
