    Chrome Hardware Acceleration

Hi. I have hardware acceleration enabled in chrome. My question is would it be beneficial to go to nvidia control panel and set the dedicated gpu as primary for Chrome? The way it is now it is at 0% activity and Intel does the work but if I enable it then both the Intel and Nvidia gpus run at ~15%. Would having the nvidia enabled give me a performance advantage with videos/images on sites processing quicker or some other advantage?

No advantage for something like that, the iGPU (HD 4600) graphics maybe better than the Nvidia for some Browser content.
With only 15% indicated then neither is anything like fully used anyway.

By using the Nvidia card the power consumption and temperature just goes up a bit.
I just set a preferred default to iGPU(HD 4600) as it appears more efficient.

    Thank you!

I thought there would be a difference maybe going from window to full screen on a video (smoother, quicker transition) but could not perceive one.

    Have a good afternoon.
