EVERYTHING that resembles notifications is turned off and I still get the pop-up at the bottom of the screen. I use the Chrome browser and have been for 10 years. I'm not going change browsers every time something comes up. Ebay wants me to change it too because I constantly have to sign in with them. I like my browser but need the fixes.
Even this website shows the pop-up, I am looking at the dam thing right now, it says; "www.tenforums.com wants to sent you notifications, but first you need to go to Settings and turn on Notifications". Then there is a box next to it on the right that says SETTINGS that you are supposed to click on that opens your settings page...………….disgusting.

I know you've said you checked and turned off everything regarding Notifications. Please check once more. Sites are asking for permission to send. Maybe the "Ask to send" is not off".

I turned "let apps send you notifications" off so lets see if that does it. There are so many on-off switches all over Windows 10 that it's hard to even find them all. I probably have 95% of the pesky things turned off.

Can you post a real screenshot of one of them? It seems that a lot of people are trying to help, but they are suggesting different ways. Either through browsers, or Windows itself. Maybe if we can see the popup we can narrow it down to where it is coming from.

I haven't done a screenshot in years but I described it already. It's a rectangular box about 1/2" high and 5" long that at the bottom of the screen that says "this website wants to send you notifications but your notifications are turned off" and there is a link to turn your notifications back on. I found some more on-off switches in Win 10 including the one I mentioned so maybe I fixed it, in fact I don't see the one from this site right now! I'm surprised no one else gets the pop-up.

Good. Looking forward to seeing if that shuts it up!

Great! Glad that worked for you. It's frustrating sometimes trying to find all the switches/levers/and buttons to tame things down.
