Flash Player issues in every browsers

Hello everyone, I've been having strange issues for a few months
I don't know if I'm posting in the right section but since it's flash player related I think it's fine.
The issue is that flash player will mess up games (playing them but not fully, some things not appearing) or will just not play a game/video at all. I already know what's causing the issue, this is a brand new computer, had it for a few months. It came with Iolo System Mechanic preinstalled, I hate softwares like this so I uninstalled it when I saw it. And that is what caused the issue, after uninstalling it flash player started not playing/messing up games/videos.
At first I didn't know it was because I uninstalled Iolo System Mechanic, but after thinking for a while I thought "Maybe that's because I uninstalled it" so I installed it again, but haven't touched it....And guess what? Flash Player is working again. Just with System Mechanic installed it's working again even if I don't use it.
That's why I'm asking for help, I don't want this software on my computer but whenever I uninstall it, Flash Player is messed up.
    I've no idea why?
So if anyone can explain this strange issue and help me get rid of Iolo System Mechanic i'd be very thankful.
    Thank you for your time

    - When you uninstall Sys Mech, manually delete registry entries (regedit) and folders from your drive. Then run CCcleaner or Revo Uninstaller to delete leftover entries.

    - Reset your browsers.

    - Check your display driver.

Hello and thank you for your help.
Unfortunately I've already done that, it didn't change a thing.
I've also tried to uninstall flash player completely and reinstall it but it still won't work unless I reinstall System Mechanic.
This is so frustrating, it's like System Mechanic is messing up something purposely so I should keep it.

Win10 Edge and most all browsers have Flash built in and can't be uninstalled.

Did you download Flash from the Adobe ? If so, uninstall.

I used "Flash Player Uninstaller" from majorgeeks
and yes after that I reinstalled it from Adobe site.
Should I uninstall it again? If so should I use the uninstaller from majorgeeks again?

Not quite, Edge and Internet Explorer have Flash supplied by Microsoft as part of Windows, and regularly updated through windows update. It is this Flash that cannot be uninstalled.

Other browsers (like Firefox) have to have Flash installed separately, they can't use the Microsoft-supplied one. Flash should be downloaded and installed from Adobe for your 3rd-party browsers to use.

True, but most websites do not require Flash.

@Leeca - uninstall Flash and try playing the games/vids with Edge. If they require Flash, a notice will appear asking you to activate Flash.

I've uninstalled it, still the same, even when allowing flash player most games/videos will not play and some will play but have parts missing like headers etc
I've tried in multiple browsers to be sure it wasn't just in Chrome but it does the same in all I've tried (Edge, FireFox, Opera, Brave...)

Update, tried again uninstalling System Mechanic to see if it was the issue as I thought, and yes, as soon as I uninstalled it Flash Player started to be messed up again.
This is so strange. I think there must be some System Mechanic service doing something, because as I said I never used it.
Also checked the history of "repairs" in System Mechanic just in case it had some sort of background maintenance or such and it says nothing was done.
Any help would be appreciated, anyone else had this? Or known someone in the same situation?

Many would say System Mechanic and similar programs are not needed. Windows has its own system protection/repair.

I would consider a System Reset or clean install of Win10.
