Any help would be appreciated, anyone else had this? Or known someone in the same situation?

Many would say System Mechanic and similar programs are not needed. Windows has its own system protection/repair.

I would consider a System Reset or clean install of Win10.
Which is why I'm trying to get rid of it, as I said I never used it and right away unstalled it, because I hate such programs.
Since it was preinstalled, would a System Reset fixes it? Wouldn't it be installed again and if I uninstall it again, would it mess-up Flash Player once more?
Because honestly I don't want to lose installed programs (paid ones at least) just to have the same issue happening again.

I would uninstall System Mechanic again and then do a System Reset. The Reset will give you a choice to keep your files.

I really think there is another issue effecting your Flash which hopefully a Reset will fix.
