Stop user from uninstalling chrome extensions

As the title suggest i want to know how do i stop someone from uninstalling chrome extensions on a personal computer.

    Long story
If someone wants to use my pc to browse internet, he also gains access to websites where i am already logged in like gmail facebook etc. At first i wanted to password protect a web url. by protecting the web url with password he wont be able to visit the site. And i have found a extension that does exactly what i wanted. Here

But as google haven't done anything to protect chrome's settings a user can easily disable the extension or change chromes settings.so i want a way to lock the extension so no one can uninstall it without a password or some other hard way.
i also know that i can get around by making a guest profile. But it's not possible in my case so please suggest me another option.

I have read somewhere that it can be done via enterprise policy's, but i dont know how can i apply it on my computer.

Simplest solution for me has always been:

No one uses my machine without two conditions: First they have to know more than me about what they're doing, and second I have to trust them completely.

download a different version of chrome and put on desktop as chrome2, and tell them to use that?
or put in icnognito mode, or use firefox and tell them to use that

I've had success in setting up a Standard User for guests to login, they can't make many changes and can't access others' files as long as that is the only login that is active, any user with administrative rights is logged off. It's all about control, hate to say that trust isn't always fool-proof.

Cant trust, snakes everywhere. and anyways, no matter how trusted a person is there are always some things that we want no one to know.

You really think a cousin or best friend will obey your orders and will do exactly as you told them to. i dont think so.
if i tell them to not open chrome1 and only use chrome2 they would do everything possible(ethical or unethical) just to find out why i told them not to use chrome1 and what secrets lay there.

Have you considered using the in-built family safety options you can set up a standard user and control, what websites they can or cannot visit, what programs they can use, only allow them access to Edge not Chrome, and block whatever sites you wish As a controlled user they cannot install programs without your permission - If they have an issue with your rules tell them to get their own laptop

okay put chrome on desktop this one that users like your cousin uses, and for the one you use put the icon shortcut in 'my pictures' and in properties select to open with F8 as a shortcut key.
