Unfortunately the color of things are controlled by the creator/author of a Web page. Sometimes, speaking from some experience creating pages for my own site, the exact color desired is elusive but there is a color chart for text where standard colors or customized colors can be selected. Then it's up to the Browser as to accepting those choices. And also involved is a setting in some Browsers where a used/already clicked link will change color to indicate that status. Programs can also change text colors, just have walk through the color chart for the text.

I have adjusted a Word 2016 document the way I'd like to have all of my Word documents to be used.
--- One of the adjustments includes having a hyperlink the same color Blue.
--- I understand it will apply to only newly created Word documents.
--- I call it My Word 2016 adjusted template.
--- How can I add it as a regular template in my system?

If you want your new template to be the default one, then go to

    c:\Users\your user account\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\templates

and replace the Normal.dotm file with your new template (i.e. rename Normal.dotm to something like Deafultnormal.dotm and then rename your file to Normal.dotm and put in templates folder.

    MeAndMyComputer,

1 The folder paths to look for are in Word options, Advanced, File locations button.

You should also check in Word options, Save, Default personal templates location just in case you entered anything there [I have never understood why that entry is provided].

2 If you have never created a Normal.dotm then, assuming you do not have any macros in your new template, you can replace Normal.dotx - you would have had to save your new template as a .dotx in the SaveAs dialog.
But if a Normal.dotm does exist then it always takes precedence over Normal.dotx so would need to be the one you replace - you would have had to save your new template as a .dotm in the SaveAs dialog.
