    I can't open Internet Explorer


    No matter what I do, including clicking on the IE shortcut, I get taken to MSN.

    I think MSN is a Web site that Internet Explorer is opening, try putting something you prefer in the Address/URL bar then set that as your Home page in Tools, Internet Options. If want only that as your Home page make sure there's nothing else in the box. What I tell my clients is to use the one site/page they always go to every day whether banking, online/Webmail like Hotmail, pages of pretty girls [spouse/partner permitting], etc.

    Though inconvenient, you can use the search bar at bottom left for the IE app. Also, delete the shortcut and make another to see if any help.
