The ads shown on the right-hand side of the desktop show up constantly and stay on top of my windows until I delete them (and some of them just instantly come right back). Does anyone know how to get rid of them? Also, what is Google Chrome Premium (show in one of the ads)? Thank you.
Thank you - I'm running them now and will post to you if that fixes the problem or not.
After you run those....then check every browser you have for any extensions or plugins that you didn't install and uninstall them. Or reset each browser to default settings or uninstall browsers (except IE, Edge) and download a fresh copy and install them.
Thanks, I'll do that - but for now, it appears that the ads are gone. I'll give it a few days to see if they come back.
