    Callender: Tried your UVK scan and it turned up clean. Nice software, purchased Pro version, hopefully they will eventually send me the activation key.

    Virus wise, no problems to support.
    Taken off Firefox ONCE AGAIN. Cleaned out every section mentioned by your good self and the rest of the lads.
    Still same position as previously reported. Nowhere1

    I wish to thank everyone for the superb help and advice you have all given to me over this problem.

    Had enough now. Had my doubts about Mozilla Firefox for a couple of years now, ever since their dumping of original system operation. problems on numerous occasions in respect of program throwing wobbles here and there, crashes, speed slow up etc,etc.

    I will use some other browser from now on, even though I have used Firefox from not long after it's conception. Too many geeks employed, left hand not knowing what the right hand is up to, for me.

    Many thanks to everyone.

    Hi. Pro version doesn't offer much extra to the free version;

    Anyway you could check info here:

    I am involved with website admin at work and you'd be surprised at how many people type their email address incorrectly when entering it online then complain that they didn't get any confirmation email.

    Ummm, you will probably not want to try, but there's one last thing that might work . . . a clean install.

    I'm thinking the number of times you've tried Firefox has put something down deep that even Revo Uninstaller won't take out; not even gramma's lye soap! That only a clean install will eliminate. I don't even think a reset or repair would work.
