    Reoccurring Junk Mail


    I have outlook 2013. When I receive junk mail I click on block sender. I still get junk mail from the same sender no matter how many times I click on block sender. This issue applies to all junk mail regardless of the sender.

    Thanks, will check it out. I already have the latest updates but will try the filtering that they suggested and see how that goes.

Hi, lots of mail going into the junk folder is not junk. I have looked for solutions and on the Help info. it says whilst the mail is displayed, select Home> etc etc ............................but where is the Home tab ?
