    Edge Opening Problem

When I open Edge the image appears fleetingly on the screen, disappears and then re-opens. Any ideas please?

Are you talking about when you first launch Edge? What is the homepage? It may be a cache issue where it loads the website, but needs to clear the cache, and then reloads it for the new content, so it would do what you are describing.

Yes, when I first launch Edge. My homepage is the United Kingdom (English) page available in "Customise" from the Settings cog, top right.

If I customise and change to United States (English) homepage the problem is resolved. However I would rather have UK page as I prefer the UK news. Thanks for your reply.

Appears to be the site is not compatible with Edge.

You can use Edge to open the site by clicking on the 3 dots at top right corner of Edge and then select "Open With Internet Explorer" But this would be inconvenient to use as a home page.

I don't think we are talking about an actual 'site' as the 'homepage'. I think what @Judesman is trying to say is that Edge is set to open with the New Tab page, which is set (via its 'cogwheel') to show 'Top sites and my feed'. The problem occurs when 'My feed' is set for 'United Kingdom (English)', but not when it's 'United States (English)'.

Having said that, I don't have a problem when 'My feed' set to the UK, so I don't have a solution - just a (possibly) clearer view of the problem being described.
