Just put on an older version, v58. As with all others, it installs to program files (64) without any problem whatsoever.
However, clicking on firefox logo (running as Admin), it just will not open at all.

No error signs whatsoever. Nothing at all.
Previously I had removed sandboxie from my Pc and was wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Have you tried Firefox's safe mode, and running it in Windows Safe Mode as I suggested?

Please forgive my ignorance in respect of Firefox Safe Mode
Is this a Firefox "safe Mode" download from mozilla or do you mean go into Microsoft w10 Safe Mode?

Thanks found it. Problem is browser just will not open period, which it appears needs to happen to get access.
This puts me back to the beginning again.

Having previously removed Firefox and just downloaded a brand new copy from Mozilla of Quantum, installed same and clicked on reinstall and remove all addons, it refuses to open. No error remarks mentioned. It just refuses to open.
I must be trying your patience gentlemen, for which I truly apologise, I have never come across this before.
Looking into Programs x64, the installation appears to be there in full, as best as I can tell.

You might want to post your issue at The Forum below. There are many users there that may help. You probably have some corruption in your profile. If you have not tried it go to C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla and delete that folder and the same one in Local and local low if present. Remove Firefox first. If this does not help then go to the link below. You have to have hidden files shown.

Also, as I suggested in #10,
    a. Go to Windows Safe Mode
    b. Try running Firefox from there.

(Somehow I doubt it will work, but it's worth a go...)

    Safe Mode cannot get in.

Josey, deleted all mozilla folders as per your instructions. Will go to forum you suggested.

    Many thanks to you all.
