It appears to be a Store App Subscription Email Service. $49.99/year. First time I've ever heard of it, so can't comment +/-.
Did notice something in the description that would make me shy away from it. It sits on top of all your email, whether it be Gmail, Outlook, whatever. It has the ability to "send later" and "undo send", which tells me they are intercepting and storing all your mail. No thank you.
